How is my order sent?
All orders are sent using Royal Mail First Class Tracked and Signed service meaning it should be received within 1-2 working days.
Do you offer collection?
Yes, all orders can be collected free of charge from the salon, please contact me to arrange a collection time and date.
Do you ship worldwide?
Due to the current situation regarding Brexit, I only ship to the United Kingdom. However if you would like International shipping please contact us.
Why should I train with Lashes By Lauren?
I have been in the Beauty Industry since 2016 and been in the Lash Industry since early 2018, I have worked in many different salons, worked from home and been a mobile lash technician until I began renting my own salon in early 2019. I have invested so much into my career taking a numerous amount of online and in-person training with lash technicians such as Mr Lash, Belo Lash and many more! All training days are 1-2-1 meaning you get my full attention and the day will be catered to you. Not only do I share all of the knowledge I have learnt throughout my career so far, I aim to make the training days as fun and as welcoming as possible. You will receive a fully accredited and insurable qualification and certificate; on the day you will receive a full kit worth over £150 and a super in-depth manual with everything you need to know from health and safety, completing a set of lashes and social media advice. You will receive a lifetime of ongoing support from myself and your very own discount code to use on all of my products.
What is the duration of the training courses?
Each course is a 1 day intensive training. The training starts at 10am and finishes around 6pm. I will teach you everything you need to know and you will complete a live model on the day, it is then up to you to continue practising after the course, practice makes perfect! You will receive ongoing support from myself after the training day.
Will I receive a kit with my training course?
Yes! All training days come with a full kit of products I use myself and recommend, and a super in-depth manual for you to keep, the kit includes everything you need to start doing clients straight after your training:

How long should I wait between taking each course?
I believe that you should wait at least 3-6 months between each training course, eyelash extensions require a huge amount of skill to complete and in order to be the best you need to practice!
In order to progress onto the more advanced courses you need to ensure your isolation is on point and that your lashing to a high standard, this is something that will come with time. Each person is different and one person may pick it up quicker than another.
Do you offer 1-2-1 and Group training?
I currently only offer 1-2-1 training but in the near future I will also be offering small group training with 3-4 students.

Are the courses accredited?
Yes! All of our training courses are accredited by LASH INC, this means that our materials are of a set standard and our qualifications have been verified. After taking the course and gaining certification you will be able to gain insurance straight away.
