Lauren is the founder of Lashes By Lauren, a thriving beauty business built from a genuine passion for lashes, beauty and helping women feel confident in themselves.

Ambitious, creative and never afraid to stand out from the crowd, Lauren has always had a vision of creating something completely her own. Her signature style is all about fluffy, wispy lash styles — soft, textured and beautifully effortless sets designed to enhance every client’s natural beauty.

Lauren began her career in the beauty industry in early 2018, shortly after turning 18, whilst studying Hair & Beauty at college. After gaining experience working in salons, offering mobile appointments and building her clientele from home, she took a huge leap of faith and opened her very own salon within her first year in business.

Since then, Lashes By Lauren has continued to grow from strength to strength. What started as a passion for lashes has developed into a successful beauty brand, salon and training academy.

In April 2021, Lashes By Lauren Training Academy was launched, offering professionally accredited beginner and advanced lash courses designed to help aspiring lash artists develop their skills, confidence and knowledge.

All courses are fully accredited by Lash Inc and insurable, giving students the foundations and professional knowledge they need to begin building their own successful lash careers.

Lashes By Lauren Beauty Salon

In January 2022, Lashes By Lauren Beauty Salon officially opened its doors, expanding the brand beyond lashes and creating a space where clients could enjoy a wide range of beauty treatments under one roof.

Lauren’s journey hasn’t always been straightforward, and there have been plenty of challenges along the way. But with determination, hard work and a refusal to settle for anything less than her vision, she has continued to push boundaries and build the business she always dreamed of.

And she’s only just getting started…
